brain&more was founded by Frank Zeimet and Ghislain Ludwig back in 2002. In August 2019, Laurent Mathékowitsch joined Ghislain Ludwig as a shareholder. With the arrival of Valerio D'Alimonte at the beginning of January 2023, brain&more changes its governance and strengthens its shareholding to guarantee continuity and consolidate its position on the Luxembourg market.

This development follows the takeover of the day-to-day management of brain&more by Laurent Mathékowitsch, formerly deputy director, who becomes director, and by Valerio D'Alimonte as co-director. Ghislain Ludwig remains active in the agency but withdraws from daily management.
